The Process

Feedstock intake
Agricultural residue, cattle dung, and organic food or municipal waste is gathered from farms and local sources.
Anaerobic digestion
Feedstock breaks down in oxygen-free digesters, releasing raw biogas rich in methane.
Gas purification
Raw biogas is scrubbed of CO₂ and impurities, raising methane content to CNG-grade purity.
Bio-CNG compression
Purified gas is compressed and stored, ready to fuel vehicles or feed industrial burners.
Fuel distribution
Bio-CNG reaches transport fleets, industry and power units through cylinders and pipeline.
Digestate to land
Leftover slurry becomes organic fertilizer, returning to the same farms that supplied the feedstock — closing the loop.
